Stringent Recruitment Procedures

Salaries, Stipends and Wages

Salaries and wages are paid to employees in complete compliance to government laws on wages. We have registered to govt. acts on minimum wages, revise our D.A.application every year, and more such central and state government laws. We do our business in a law abiding manner by being honest and transparent in all our business interactions.

Communication and welfare

We coordinate all communications between the area manager, supervisor and our em- ployees to ensure a smooth functioning of all related activities. Frequent meetings, confer- ences are conducted to keep track of the progress of all projects in which we have deployed our personnel. The safety and welfare of our employees is important to us, which is the reason that we equip each of our personnel with uniforms, mobile phone, safety shoes and identification card.

General Terms and Conditions

Any increase in the minimum wages, dear- ness allowance, ESI,EPF or any other statuary obligation will be borne by the principal employer. Payments for Bonus, National and Festival Holidays, Annual leave and wages are to be made by the principal employer. All the statutory compliance towards ESI , EPF, Inspector of Factories and Service tax will be done by us.
